When you look at the Phoenix Hawk, not that it's a bad thing as it's really cool and it makes me want to buy it more but just thought I'd point it out.

PheonixHawk has a giant bicycle helmet shape head/cockpit... Striker Eureka does not.

Not saying it's an exact copy of course not cause that would be a problem, I'm just saying it's reminiscent of it. The head looks a little more Gipsy Danger imo.

Well artists draw inspiration from what they see everyday, whether its popular culture or whats in their head when creating things from scratch.

It does have some resemblance to PacificRim's Gypsy Danger.

Yeah It kinds of feels like a merger of the two, for example the fins remind me of Striker Eureka but the head, arms and legs bend more towards Gipsy Danger.

You don't see the similarities? It's better if you combine Gipsy with Striker I guess. I bet you could probably photo shop the two together and make a Phoenix Hawk :P

While this re seen model may have other stylistic influences, it is a veritech at the core still. I see skull squadron.

Or like maybe the other way around, the Phoenix hawk has been around since, even before it was a phoenix hawk which is 1984

Pacific Rim has been around for how long five years ?
