Okay, lets face it. The home page is basically a diagnostic center for Mechs. But what if we could see our Mech standing in a hidden Ice Cave or standing in a Muesam dedicated to the greatest warriors instead. Your thoughts on this please.

I don't hate the idea.

Thing is though, I always assumed the homepage background (Mechbay) was aboard my personal drop ship and was me viewing my inventory. So to me, that Drop ship/Mechbay background feels very appropriate.

I personally would rather see customization options for that Mechbay. Logos, faction banners, color changes, ability to add technicians moving about or working on the mechs/Dropship itself, etc...

I'm not against different backdrops anyway (more choice isn't a bad thing), but I do like the Drop ship aesthetic and wish I could make it more my own.

...and it would be cool if I could walk around, look at my 'mechs and equipment, and talk to the techs I'm not holding my breath, just sayin'

Seeing Pgi is basically a graphics studio . I see reason they couldn't change it every month like a lot of companies.
