Been Playing MW since MW2 on my old P-166!.... Actually, maybe I played MW on my P-166 and MW2 on my AMD 400? It's been so long I can't remember!! Old age kids - It will hit you too!

Never got into the BattleTech lore, although I appreciate the history, story and canon. It was the PC games that first got me into the series.

I was excited when I first heard about a new MW, checked out the site a year ago and decided to check it out again today to see where it's at.
Game is in Beta already!! Awesome!!

Soooo, I registered and am looking forward to release.

MW2 was my first Mechwarrior game too. I think It was on my families 486 - 66MHz if I recall. Game didn't run great, but it was playable in the lower graphics settings.

Did you ever play Battletech at the north pier ? I wish I visited that place when I was in Great Lakes,IL for boot camp and corpsman school back in the early 90s.

hahaha I was in the exact same boat. I played x-wing and tie fighter on that computer. I remember when we upgraded to a 300 mghz custom box with dvd player and wing commander 4 dvd game. it was mesmerizing.

i started with a state of the art P1-200, lol. things have went a few steps forward since those days
