if you purchase a one of the big packs, where multiple tiers of pack are offered, the premium time will be delivered banked and you will be able to activate it in 30 day increments through your profile on this website, but once premium time is activated there is no way to stop it

Never going to happen. Best you are likely to see is being able to activate banked time in smaller increments and I doubt that is even likely.
