Same the the problem with GXP and Modules, I can get some buttons that allow me to try and unlock some efficiencies (not just the one shown) even if I do not have the right amount of Mech XP.

You have enough GXP to unlock it.

GXP can be used as mech EXP, but not the other way around. Every 20 mech EXP you earn gets you 1 GXP.

Save it for Radar Deprivation, Adv Seismic, and your favorite weapon module skills FIRST. If you use GXP by accident, do not expect Support to fix it. They stopped that after adding the 2nd confirmation box.
