I just purchased the Perk Speed Tweak but my mech Arctic Cheeta "C" still runs 139/kmh and not increased by 10 % as it should be. Is it bugged? waste of 8.5k XP damn

It runs 129 before the upgrade. Working as intended.

Left is unskilled, right is after speed tweak.
Speed 129.6 kph 139.3 kph
INTERESTINGLY...
129.6 kph + 10% is actually 142.56 kph.
Though it's been mentioned that changes would be done to the pilot skill tree to 'reign' in the excessive advantage it provides.
129.6 + 7.5% is 139.32 kph.

For some clarification, before a recent patch it was 10% and was then changed to 7.5%. I just went to check and the text for the Perk does say 7.5% . Just a friendly reminder to always read the patch notes in case there is a change.
