Would love a list of arch enemies (people who have killed me the most) and some kind of bounty system attached.

In fact that is a great plan. A bounty system would be awesome. Even better if people could place a bounty with their own money on other players, so they pay the person who kills them

I see a bounty system getting the heck gamed out of it, unfortunately. Plus some players would just get insta focus fired every match.

Tyler Valentine is my arch nemesis Hollywood style. Some matches we are gunning for each other, other times we are forced to work together.

Granted this is probably because it is fresh after matchmaking had us playing with or against each other for six or seven matches in a row last week.

I feel no shame, had already grabbed 2 kills and survived a lot of focus fire by that point.

But boy do I wish I'd still had my arm by then to soak some of that with (I mean, look at the paperdoll, armless and naked, lol).

No shame whatsoever man. It was a GREAT, close match we had with a storybook come-from-behind victory. Really how most MWO matches SHOULD be. But that's another discussion for another time. o7

I don't have any nemesisses... I think. I do love to see forumites on my or the other team, but i rarely go out of the way to target them unless they wander into my firing line. I don't want to throw the match for my team, now, do I?

What i really like is running into DHB members since I used to roll with them. Good caps, they are. Last time I ran into Hav0k it was a Caustic valley match and we both got 2 kills, several assists... His team won, though, and I got smooshed before I had a chance to target him.

Well, just knowing they are on the other team is good enough for me since it leave a chance for me to go Ah Ha! when I see a memorable person in my cross hairs.

Ah the joys of solo que. Always a fun time scrapping with good players thrown in the random chaos. Jman, Mister D, Bishop, Accused, Mcgral, Bearclaw, Flyby to name a few. My favorite matches were when I killed my old unit leader lol.

I have people I actively focus on taking down first because they're dangerous enough that if they aren't ganked early my side will lose. But a nemesis? Hmmm... Viegle possibly... that darn ERLL ECM Cicada annoys me and it's harder for him to coordinate the enemy team if he can't move about freely.

Also anyone who has ever placed above me in a light mech tournie. Yes I have a list and I check it twice before each play session.

Only ones I hunt actively are those who fill the chat with unnecessary garbage, detrimental to the players' enjoyment. You know them--those who fill the chat with LRM QQs, MM QQs, team-bashing, sob stories from their last 10 games etc...from the second they drop in the match until they die and disconnect.

Basically pollution control.

I was under the impression a bounty system was supposed to one day become a thing for the solo merc to do in CW, units put out bounties, and the solo non badged tried to collect, if I'm remembering that distant power point telling us how great CW was going to be.

it was mentioned. Even then I felt it would probably be too easy to abuse.
