Nice -- I believe that'll work.

I agree the 2K is generally the best variant. It's radically different from the others in packing all weapons in shoulder hardpoints. They're higher and you can save up to a couple tons of weight by stripping armour from the arms. It's just a more efficient approach in this game.

My approach to the 2K is to put triple ERLL's in the left shoulder and triple SRM 2's in the right shoulder. It's still a very good sniper mech.

I keep wanting to buy some more 2K's just to put alternative loadouts on them ... so many things could work with those hardpoints. One would be the 3xSRM6 + 3xML quoted above. I believe this 'mech would also make a nice "lurmisher" with a big XL engine, triple LRM 10's, a pair of ML's and a high-mounted TAG.
