Ain't gonna make any difference having arms with critted equipment on it.
They should focus on adding a variety of quirks to the torsi. Right now it's just +armour and +structure, basically.
If they just moved the ECM hardpoint to the MLX-C Right Torso, that would already be a huge leap (pun!) for the Mist Lynx.

I totally disagree. Some of the durations are already atrocious, so maybe upping the heat, cooldown, or some other indirect solution.
On the flipside, maybe they should just make all beam weapons "continuous", IE: Change the internal timer so they fire continuously like flamers. If the Laser is on, it's firing. If it's off, it's not. I've always thought it's silly for beam lasers to function the way they do.
If you step back a moment and think about laser beams IRL: While they're on, they're on; While they're off, they're off.
Doing this to beam lasers would bring pulse lasers back into the spotlight. Pulse lasers having a short duration makes sense, because the energy is compressed into short pulses at the expense of tonnage and heat.
