Can we have an option to freeze premium time during events?

Every time an event is based on some random statistic in a game everything devolves into cavemen banging things with the biggest rock they can find.

I'd just skip the weekend had I not pulled the trigger on premo time a few weeks ago. Now it's 72 hours of rolls where everyone is maxing out an alpha strike for that one kill... Light and Medium play is a hazard. These mega alphas can tear off a side of a mech in a single shot. Not to mention lights and meds have a lower chance of ever earning any of those magic kill most damage stats.

Falling on deaf ears I'm sure but would love the option.
