So, as the title say. Greetings everyone from Finland. This is a nice game and it has great community so far People have been great and helpful at answering my newbie questions and giving some pointers when i have stated that i was trying different weight classes.

I started with Panthers, i really like it and then moved to Arctic Cheetah and oh boy i love the ACH. Managed to do 1150 dmg with it already .

I got only 350 games or so under my belt so not all tactics and map knowledge are yet under control so to say. At start of match i just look for where enemies are going and such mid game i roam around the map helping others if they are engaging alone vs few and late game i just go all balls to the wall and do dmg and killing. Well at least i try to.

Might buy DW next, but people have suggested that Timby would be better. But time will tell. I really like Gauss' though. But i think i'll buy Assault mech later when i have familiarized myself with the maps more.

If your going to stay IS you would need IS recommendations for CW. I personally like the Locust its fast and has a small profile not to mention cheap too buy but you need more than that for you drop deck. The only downsides too a locust is low tonnage and its extremely fragile. Only reason I don't play anymore is atleast for right now my computer is a potato.

Welcome to MWO!

If you enjoy driving light mechs i suggest moving to Mediums or fast Heavies first: Assaults barely move, especially when you are used to the speed of lights .

I play IS but I had to get a Timby. And from what I have heard (could be wrong) the DW is not in a good place atm so if your just trying clan tech or a decent heavy I would grab the Timerwolf
