Since the recent update on quirks and rebalance patch, is this quirk working again?

If part of the balance for 3L is its NARC quirk bonus (even though they are rarely taken), I feel the quirk should work properly. If the quirk isn't currently working, perhaps they should receive a different quirk to compensate until they get this quirk working.

Has anyone tested this recently?

I use Narc on my 3L I can't time the duration of these things but they seem like they last a long time to me. The range is awesome and works great for spotting the enemy.
Even if you have no missile units on your team, you make it known where the enemy is.

I really don't know why people don't use this thing more. It is a powerful tool I think.

Not that I care about NARC, but having a NARC quirk not work is pretty sad.

Yes, it's just wasted space on my quirks list. I'd love an Energy related quirk instead, even if it was just -5% Heat gen.

Sad that the mech known for its electronic warfare capabilities has non functional quirks in that area...
