can we please fix it... I'm sick of my ac10s hitting a wall that appears 3 feet away from where the round hit.... it's seriously the most annoying thing on earth. on therma, the cables block every shot even if its not near it.

You've reported the problem areas to support with enough info to identify them?

Normally I would agree with this response, but PGI has enough gamer video (probably on the order of nearly 1,000,000 hours worth) where they can see this crap happen.

It's so damn common in EVERY map to have your cross hairs looking like they're 6 to 15 feet away from a terrain object/wall to only hit "invisible" hit boxes in the open air.

What's worse, most ballistics are even more subject to this problem as I'm guessing that the game treats ballistic round "sizes" as LARGER than energy weapons. I, MANY A TIME, in my King Crab will have my lasers pass through JUST FINE, but my gauss round is BLOCKED by invisible wall, EVEN THOUGH, the ARMS are MUCH further out from the side than the damn lasers.

All PGI has to do is invest a few hours looking over vids to see PLENTY of examples of this. HPG, Canyon Network, Tourmaline, River City, Mining Colony, sometimes seem to be comprised of NOTHING BUT invisible BS walls...

Fair enough, but putting that info in their hands yourself is probably more likely to get something fixed than complaining in a random forum post.

Well, true enough, though if "quality" were "job one", they'd be proactive and be looking at these vids. I mean, remember the hacking scandal on that competitive match? The PLAYERS had to tell PGI something was fishy before PGI bothered examining them.

Honestly, that's not how it should be.

We work with what we have to work with. Past experience says you need to give them the evidence of a problem.

The evidence is out there, just not on a silver platter.

I agree, the platter is generally required though.
