Would it be possible to have the "you have been targeted" flash easier to see? Longer? maybe Betty can announce that....

Betty used to announce it.. But it got a little ridiculous when half the enemy team locked you up.

I didn't even know there was an indicator. So *that's* what that flashing was about? I can see how Betty would start to trip up announcing it every time, but maybe it could show in the HUD like NARCing now does (didn't before).
