I think we can all agree that the Urbie is "Special". With an ac/20 its like a slow walking turret which is cool except that the torso twist speed corresponds with the engine speed.
So not only can you not outrun anyone but you also don't have time to aim at them before thy kill you (light mech = light armor). Here is my suggestion: Make the Uban mech have the torso twist speed corresponding to the max engine regardless of what engine has been mounted. Thank you.

I agree, but I would rather just have a special quirk only for the STD60 engine that boosts twist speed a bit (say 50%). It is silly that the so called urban specialist can't torso twist fast enough to keep up with a circle strafing Centurion. But I would keep the usual engine speed links for all other engines, as non stock Urbies are actually pretty strong already.
