Hi. Can someone please provide me a current, up to date, detailed information about how critical hits from weapons work? Would appreciate it. Thank you.

Once you breach the armor, there is a small chance of doing critical hits. Resulting in more damage and if lucky a destruction of internal equipment if there are any in that mechpart.
