Your OP is pretty rambling and unfocused.

What exactly is your point, then?

PGI wants your money. Duh. Did you have another question?

lower teirs for me are enjoyable because you will occasionally run into that one person who is very good but is bord and breaks out the old mechs and completely ruins your day. (6 srm6 cat) (9 erppc totting self destruct button) (4erppc 3 srm6 ac/20 atlas)

teir 4 is best good mix of good players and not so good players running some meta to what i mentioned above earlier.

teir 1-2 is try hard no life territory

teir 3 is good players that like to win

teir 4 is good players that like to win if possible but they also like fun (hense those stupid builds i mentioned)

teir 5 is kiddo learnin territory

Misconception that Tier 1-2s have no life, many of us play less than our low tier brethren, most of us got here in 3000 games or so, I know tier 4-5 players that have 3 times that number played and they arent going anywhere.

t5 is noobland
t4 is slightly better noobs, rusty guys from beta, with somewhat good players
t3 decent players (probably the most varied tier)
t2 players that have played alot and have skill
t1 you may be a tryhard, but maybe not!

t4 and t3 are the most varied, from meta noobs to the decent player, but not super competitive

Tier 4 is so fun. I played like 5 matches the other day on a friend's account and I ran around gleefully crushing people in an arctic cheetah.

Sounds like the opposite of fun to me. I would want to play something ridiculous and entertaining rather than having easily predicted stompfests in a metamech.

You see there is no grind anymore, none, there is no reason to play or pay except for fun, to drop on the field and play against whoever.

zen

Uhhhh? I thought the whole point of playing games was to have fun. If you're having fun, isn't that enough of a reason to play?

Dang, my head hurts.

I never got to play below T2. While I had several Ace of Spades games prior to achievements being tracked, I don't think I will get it since elo and now tier system is implemented. Consider yourself lucky.

T3 is like quicksand where the more I struggle against it the further through it I go.

I want to go back to T4, not up to T2.
