Anyone experience this too?
A lot of stuff in the background flickers extremely. The wind effect does too.

Usually I would delete the shader cache folder but since this map was downloading today fresh I don't think this is the answer. Plus there is no repair tool for the steam version.

Update your drivers and see if it goes away.
Also you can use steam to "verify integrity of game cache", that does pretty much the same as the repair tool. Give it a try, maybe something got corrupted.

Yup -- seems particularly noticable if you zoom in. Can't decide whether it's shadows flickering on the mountains or some geometry LOD thingy flipping between states but it's a bit ugly.

I get occasional scenery popping on all the maps. I haven't noticed it on Polar yet, but I've probably just gotten used to this sort of thing now.

Crazy idea, how about the people experiencing this post their rig specs so we can see where the trouble is.

I have no problem like this on the new map it looks great.

I'm running an Nvidia Geforce GTX 770, Intel i7-4770K, 16 GB Ram, Windows 10 Home
All video setting are on Very High except particles which are set to Low. V-sync is off, Post-AA, DX 11, motion blur off
