Ok, in the loading screen, rather than just switch lances, we should be able to choose which starting point mechs drop at. On maps with no dropship this could be an issue I guess cause you can see the map already. Honetly it wouldn't bother me if my screen just blinked into another location. or if they just masked out the play field with black until the countdown timer was reached.
This makes so much sense:
A - prevents splitting of lances when lance changes are made
B - allows the commander to place slowest mechs at the best spot
C - allows for more STRATEGORY
and while we're talking about placing things, HOW ABOUT CHOOSING WHICH HARDPOINT A WEAPON GOES ON
