I'm probably just imagining things, but it seems since the patch that the Blackjack is more sluggish now. Like it doesn't accelerate or torso twist as fast as it used to.

Universal slow-down when the skill trees took a hit.
Also, brace yourself for another Blackjack nerf, it's about to lose some of its durability. Hopefully, they give the BJ-1X some of its teeth back in the process.
