For some reason, whenever i try to go into a game, it starts, i get a black screen, then i end up back at the mech lab, can someone help me? it says i had a connection error then it disconnects me and i get a penalty for it.

I had this a few months ago, it turned out I was having trouble connecting to the EU servers, NA was fine but every time I tried connecting to EU I would crash back to the Mechlab, try enabling the servers 1 at a time to see if it is one specific server you are having trouble with, hopefully it will clear up in a few days like mine did.

Lets back up. Have you successfully logged in and dropped into combat all? Or are you only able to navigate around the user interface/mechlab/store/etc?

And are you playing via Steam or standalone?

Furthermore, are you running a high level firewall, or really strict anti-virus settings? Are you wired or wireless? What are you system specs. There's any one of a number of reasons for what's going on.

Easiest way
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MechWarrior Online\Bin32
And execute MWORepairTool.exe

(not sure if steam player have that, I copied my MWO folder into the steam)
