Every time I try to launch the game, it says error: File MSVCP100.dll is missing. Try reinstalling o fix this error.

					Download and install both Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Packages, x86 AND 64x, the links further down the page.

					grrr  MS keeps changing links.  Listed below is the web install version.  Small initial download then it downloads the additional files.  Version 9.29.1974 - older versions do not auto update to the last version.

This is the same version but the entire package. Good if updating multiple machines, or if you believe a directx 9c file is corrupted, it will install new files.
