Wondering exactly what I get if I get an executioner a la carte?
I assume
- 3 variants
- 3 mech bays
- Prime variant has 30% C-Bill boost.
Could you please confirm?

yes, that's it, nothing more. a la carte is a pretty bad deal. (like really bad). 55$ for 3 mechbays, one invasion (hero) mech (at least you can change the camo on wave iii invasion) and 2 c-bill mechs.
I'd heavily suggest you do not buy a la carte.

Just spend money for MC, buy Bays and then use CB for the ones you want.

Thanks for your advice and clarification.
To buy 3 executioners is near 60,000,000 c-bills. While I'm not saying a la carte is worthwhile, buying the executioner this way presents better value than perhaps any othe mech available through same. Except the dire wolf, if it is avail through a la carte.

hey bassie , my thought process was exactly the same as yours and i went very very close to doing the a la carte too.
if it helps you to know what swayed me not to do it, it was these points.
- i liked the D variant the most and thats not one of the ones you get (partly because i had some xp from the trial lol) that time effieciency you see )
- i came across some posting about the 2015 loyalty program. so i assume if they do it again this year we'll get some goodies for this years packs. (including early adopter for this years packs)

Thanks for your reply.
The 30% cbill boost seems a big deal though - esp if saving up for the d-variant!!
I like the d as well, and have some , so yeah, very similar situation. Can always sell one of the non-primes and be halfway there.
What is it about the loyalty program? Is that how I got a free atlas last year? How is it relevant to this decision?

ooops my rereading my response, it wasn't very clear.
I figured if i was to wait for a different package, i wouldn't miss out both the early adopter and loyalty benefits for this years package.
say hypothetically the turkina is released later this year or something like that, i would get that instead of getting the exe a la carte. (so could get the early adopter and whatever loyalty may or may not be released...)
I actually didn't think of your idea about selling one of the non primes to fund the purchase for the D variant.

Last years loyalty IS assault was a Zeus. The year before it was the Atlas. And yes, the loyalty thing is probably why you got it.
As for a la carte: as stated, it is ALWAYS a bad deal. If you can afford it, grab more cash and buy the full package. Otherwise you will not get colors and stuff, no 2 months of banked premium time and so on. Admittedly, $ 120 is quite hefty, but you will get some in return (all wave III Mechs are quite good in CW).
If you cannot afford the full blown thing, just save enough CBills, since a la carte is bad.
