This has been talked about quite often...
A New player is in no way shape or form capable of raising their Tier in 10 matches. Its take more then take to even get your first mech.

Tier 2 might have just become Tier 3 at this point. Have taken a month or so off and what I have been waiting for, at some point it has to happen.
