Run an event where IIC and IS mechs are pitted against one another. It would be interesting to see how IIC mechs perform compared to IS versions of the same chassis.
It could definitely liven up some of the "Clan vs. IS" feel of things outside of CW.

I was thinking more of an official leaderboard type event.
It would give us somethign to compete against, liven up the whole IS vs Clan lore fluff, and gives us a true idea as to how IS variants stack up against IIC variants.
The scores on the leaderborads would show the scores and collect some good balancing data for PGI
