Well, of all the missing Phoenix variants, I think these are priority.
No, I don't own Wolverines (yet).
Here's what they would look like stock though hardpoints would be different.

Wolverine-7D, only missing the Right Torso MASC for 3 tons and 3 crits.

Wolverine-7M, missing Right Torso MASC and second Medium Pulse Laser in RT.

Let the IS play with some MASC and also answer the question of whether MASC is locked equipment always or only for OmniMechs.

I will probably never buy a Wolverine because i like having weapons in both arms, but i say it should be included.
The 7D variant came in 3050 so it should be available.
