Well you guys won’t believe this one

Dropped on Vitric and us Pugs where facing an 8 man
I typed my customary "crap" when facing an organized team

I first asked who wanted to call drop--crap no takers ok I will do it

First round we get stomped 0 to 12, one guy says “I has never seen 12 mechs go down in 40 seconds”

Great ok let’s go left side, well same thing and I am in command!

The third drop my screen freezes up and I can’t do anything
I wait for the disconnect report to be sent (even though doing ctrl-alt-delete would get me back in the game quicker) I have to go through the report sequence

Anyway I go to try to get back in the game and I can’t since the ceasefire has started
I can’t select Mechs or planets (can’t remember which planet it was anyway)

I really feel bad about this since it looks like I bailed out on the team
Right when the going gets the toughest and I am in charge so to speak
I was doing a pretty crappy job I might add

Hey, I was on the opposite side of that drop. None of us thought you had purposefully discoed, as I personally saw you lead 2 of those charges to a quick death. In general, somebody willing to call a match for a bunch of pugs vs. an 8 man and lead the push isn't going to just ragequit. Besides, you weren't the guy who berated us for being an evil premade, declared teams in CW the devil incarnate, while wearing a Founders tag, shutting down in the spawn zone and doing 150 damage across 4 mechs. Anyways, tough loss and GG man...

No worries, I disco'd on the countdown for that match, which is really rare for me, maybe there was a server issue.

I've seen you in plenty of matches, never thought you rage quit.

That was the first time my screen froze like that

What was weird was I could not get back in the match
You don’t have access to your Mechs or planets during a ceasefire

Having access to your Mechs during cease fire would be a good idea so you can set up your drop deck

So, normally you can select the mech in mechlab as if for Solo queue, an hit rejoin.

But then, whilest I've had plenty such issue, none've been during ceasefire.

Well, a shame. I always love seeing how much I can do afore they take me down. Better luck next match.

Actually this is the only method that works to reconnect during ceasefire - go to mechlab select mech in use in CW game and click rejoin and it will re-drop you into the CW match.

The other way to do it is to select a CW planet and drop but this doesn't work during ceasefire as no planets show.

Yeah I was in such a panic trying to get back in the game I did not try that

I was trying to click on the actual planet on the Map (which was not working)

Then the update thing hit and that told me the match was over
