Decimal 823 is hexadecimal 337, so I assume I can just show you a screenshot where I am flying a Cessna 337 (the last one was built in the year you were born!) in a flight simulator instead? Posted Image

Or critical hits in general. (unless you're only planning on hitting fully armored mechs and ignoring ones stripped to structure)

There's basically no point in building mechs around this giveaway, it's a matter of luck (and enough skill to get ~800 damage consistently)
