Eu And Na Server Ip Adresses For Ping Test

Hey guys,

I have horrible lag spikes for about a week now. Freezing, rubberbanding etc.. its awful.
Being pretty sure that its not the hardware in my home I would like to tracert the servers to see where the problem is. I found 70.72.24.132 while searching the forums which is in Toronto, it runs fine till i get to:
border1.te7-1-bbnet1.tor001.pnap.net 70.42.24.1
where i start to get timeouts.
That obviously won´t help for the EU server,at least, so does anyone know the IP´s i should try to ping?
