I can see it now Kodiak Kodiak Arctic Cheetah Arctic Cheetah the next clan brawler drop deck. AKA the rush deck. Similar to the new Atlas Atlas Spider Spider rush deck. Basics everyone gets in the same mech and death ball rush no matter if it is light or assaults called out for that wave.

All I see is a bunch of jokers who beat rainbow pugs. The counter is obviously a strong defensive line of dakka.

Not entirely true. A dakka line only works when you can put a dakka line together but sometimes and on the CW maps there are areas built up that prevent effective firing lines. Then again there are other areas that do allow space for a dakka line.

Example of what I am talking about. Emerald Tiaga I think is the name of the map you walk in and you can for either gate go the long way which puts you in funneled areas for gun lines to be setup. Or if you go through the center, which is where the enemy is most likely to have its first gun line you can also quickly get into the buildings. So after the first initial push if it is directly at the center on this map you will either be in close range against the enemy which will not do well. OR you push onto the objectives on that map. Either way win win.

Tbh i think 12 Dakka Kodiaks are going to destroy 12 Dakka Whales, due to being faster and more able to spread damage and having far better positioned hardpoints, while having very nearly the same firepower (2xUAC10 + 2xUAC5 + 4xERSL on the Kodiak, Vs 2xUAC10 + 3xUAC5 on the DW). They have exactly the same armour and structure, but the Kodiak actually gets to use the ~200 IS+A on its arms to tank damage, where the whale does not due to its cube shaped body
