I tried recently to purchase the wave 3 package from the store, tried once with cc, then with paypal. It takes me to what looks like a third party (xsolla), and tells me transaction could not be completed at this time. Is this a normal processs? and how come I cant get even paypal to work?

This is normal, other than not being able to process. Make sure you don't have any pop-up blockers. Try sending Xsolla an email about this issue.

I did live chat...and attempted one more time and it says it is processing but I guess we will see. Thanks for the response it is much appreciated.

Nope not normal. When I use paypal it goes through in a flash -- of course it may just be because this is your first transaction and they may take additional steps to ensure that you aren't a crook.

Then again it may be some of your browser settings, security software or something similar that is affecting it.
