I just bought a $20 IIC Jenner package and I realized that it has things that I do not want .

It is my fault that I did not cheak what variants had . Although if I can be a little critical why would they include 4 Laser+Missile and 4 Laser + 2 Missile in same package . Also I did have some confusion with names because there was no (o) prefix in game (it wasn't clear which variant had 30% CB boost to me )

I figured 3 Jenners , One of them has to have 6 lasers ;( (I guess that was adopter reward).

I assumed that +30% Bonus would be on a more versatile variant too .

Can I refund it or ask them to replace one of the 4 Laser+Missile Jenner Variant for 6 laser .

If they Nerf all Is energy range, I will need refunds for several mech packages.

You could use the "support" page on the site and ask for a refund (refunds are probably under accounts@mwomercs.com). I was one of the early adopters for the Jenner pack, and at this time there is no "6 laser +2 missile" variant.

You can contact accounts@mwomercs.com and request a refund. As for altering the packaged as offered that is highly unlikely to happen though there is no harm in asking.

When you asked about the jenner my follow up post noted that you cannot change hard points on Clan battlemechs. Omni mechs yes, but can't change engines.

They do very specifically list hardpoints on the store page.

The prime (first listed) is always the 30% bonus model.

Now I see it . Although normally I just looked at prefix and it always gave me enough information .
