So after listening through the last Townhall, it really occurred to me that Russ and co. aren't doing enough to deal with highly skilled players. I think they are a really big deal in this game, I see them in my games every day and PGI should be doing more to vindicate these players and make examples of them so that the rest of us can see what's going on and how prevalent skill really is. Is it really too much to ask for to get a public list of players posted so that we can see what we're up against? I just want to know who the top players in the game REALLY are. Show us some numbers, Russ, quit hiding the facts.

I think skill is especially prevalent among certain groups and units. I think [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] are particularly guilty of it, and I'm sure that KCom is abusing it in CW. I also think it's ridiculous that people can accuse the most high skill players of leveraging their support of the game to gain an advantage - I mean, I think there are people that would show up on this list who haven't even spent much $$$$ at all because $$$$ doesn't buy skill.

But since PGI is refusing to name these players, we're going to have to do it ourselves. I'm not sure if Naming & Vindicating is against the rules... I've heard that Vindicators are bad, but PGI seems to be doing nothing about it, so I think we're okay here. We'll see how long it takes for moderators to delete this thread. I'll just start with three of them...

Idk man, one minute I was smacking potatoes around in my Executioner, next thing I know he's in front of me in a Mauler and everything on my mech just started to evaporate.

Just some food for thought, but a much more effective and constructive way to accomplish what you want would be to create a new thread in Feature Suggestions subforum asking for Leaderboards:

• Leaders by Mech Variant
  
• Leaders by Weight Class
  
• Leaders by IStech or Clantech
  
• Leaderboards for Weekly, Monthly, All-Time
  
• Sort stats by kill:death, win:loss & XP

Take away all there hacks and there not much better than most high skilled pugs. Killed them all in matches no big deal.

PanzerMagier: This guy is confirmed to be using the [illegal?] software known as VOIP. He will lead teams to victory very often in the solo queue, despite his crazy italian mannerisms. He has also been known to use jokes on the European server, which is otherwise unheard of. Killing him won't help, due to spectator hax.

There's also a bunch of forum warriors who claim to be highly skilled, but I haven't really seen it for myself, so I cannot confirm.
