... I was 10 years old again watching my friend play Mechwarrior 2, and it was the coolest thing EVER.

...I observed my gaming rig. Or what could have passed as a gaming rig when Crysis came out and I could run it.
Then I contemplated throwing the old hunk of metal out the window.

I then tried to instal Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries again. Failed because it's too ******* old.
I then pouted and played Nintendo 64.

mektek is win.
one thing you might want to do tho is go to gfx card options in windows and set it to "do not scale" does weird thing on menu/mechlab if you don't.

top tip (extrapolated from watched MWO vids): use the mouse for torso twist, and keyboard for speed/direction. get used to it early.
