Please allow players to continue actions in the mechlab etc during searching as long as you disable the button to join another game will do.

Yeah not sure why this so difficult for PGI to implement, you would just lock out the mech selected to play with. I guess it would reduce sever load, 1 third in mech lab, 1 third in game, 1 third waiting in a lobby
