Gonna be honest, playing with new folks is rough. But, in my case I'll run one of my carry harder mechs (Oxide, Jenner IIC, Firestarter, Wolfhound, Hunchie 4G and 4P, any Crab, Mad 3R, Bounty Hunter, and Big Al my Atlas S) to make up for their relative inexperience. Granted we use Teamspeak, C3, etc to communicate so I can direct them to help them be credit to team.

The OP is definitely true for two player teams. I can't get people into the game when we have to be thrown into the group queue, where the matchmaker is much less likely to put us in an even match. The idea that we need to stop supposed 6 duo sync drops is BS. The viability of sync dropping is arguable at best, and the odds are far likelier to put such groups on opposing teams. The chance of getting 12 people into one team that way are absurdly low. Stop bleeding out duos with this BS.

I can understand PGI's reluctance to allow even groups of 2 into the solo queue but I agree that there needs to be some better options. While I'm sure no one is getting stomped as often as they think I ran into a similar issue with my girlfriend when she tried out the game.

I'd like to see 2 man groups allowed in the solo queue when at least 1 of the 2 are still within their cadet bonus or even the first ~40 matches. This would allow newbies a chance to play/learn with a friend and get some skill up for facing the random large groups.

I went 6 hours without a winning match one night i'm pretty sure i knew i was getting stomped bad..

Wow, getting together and smashing people makes you a "douche bag". Group queue is the big boy queue that simple. If you can't handle the fire get out of the kitchen. I run a 3-4 man when I play we win constantly, guess we are the "d-bags" that "stomp you". You should be looking at it as a learning experience. These days though people need "safe places" and "words are bad m-kaaay" it's no surprise to me that people feel entitled to win without putting fourth any effort in the real problem which is your lack of experience in a game with a steep learning curve. I suggest you go explore the training academy.

Yes for sure, wouldn't want to have a social game would you, big boy queue... are you 12.. The way you act yes you do seem the type to fit the "d bags" we are talking about..

He is right though.

We have been running a mix of new and old and trying to help out as much as we can but remember it is just a game.

We do dumb things as a group all the time and if you are only serious about winning then I am not sure what to tell you except join a unit. If you are more experienced then sponsor your friend.

Get mechs learn builds there are tons of resources out there, but crying on the forums isn't going to get you anywhere.
