how do i get teamspeak so i can talk to my team mates in a battle?

The game has built in VOIP. "TeamSpeak" is third party software that is generally used by units and those doing CW.

by default the built in teamspeek VOIP is hold down Caps Lock to talk
if you want to download teamspeak so you can connect to a teamspeak server to play with freinds and have out of game comms available just search for teamspeak, then find a server and ask your friends to link to the same server.
