I love the loot bag events, but I'm bummed that my mad cat II pre-order isn't going to get me any extra loot bags (i know it'll probably be only a few cbills and other stuff but still its something). I was almost considering buying a 2nd wave Civil war mech to get a stash of bonus loot bags but none appeal to builds I'd run. At least for now till new tech gets the huge rework it needs.

So my question which I know many of you will have the obvious answer to, why aren't the 1st batch of civil war mech pre-orders included for bonus loot bags?

As two already said, included in March grab bag event. I believe PGI has never allowed pre orders to give extra chances for more than one grab bag event. Didn't expect them to do it for this one.
