The Raven 4X still posses its 30% Energy Range increase. Tested it and still gives 945m optimum range.

Probably the last time this Raven was good playable

Are those weapon specific quirks (like LL range) or general (energy weapons range)? Weapon specific quirks nobody promised to fix, general quirks they said they were going to cap at 10%.
