All that you want to keep, e.g. keyboard layout and other locally saved profiles under
c:\Users\%UserName%\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Profiles\%profile%\
Not sure wherther you need sreenshots, but safe assumption is that you just back-up whole folder
c:\Users\%UserName%\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\
and later copy it back.

Please let us know how it goes. (What you described is a classic bad shader cache symptom.)

nope shader files didnt work
reinstall did not work either
what did work was going back to dx9.0c from dx 11 solved all the issues and picked up my frame rate again so no more stuttering and no more warping into buildings and rocks when it freezes for a few seconds.
