after the patch the in full screen mode the game doesn't fill the screen. Ive got a black bar around the outside so the game technically fills the screen, but there is about an inch or more of black all the way around it making the game itself smaller in the middle of the screen.

try use alt+enter

Same here, black frame around the game window when in fullscreen. I run it in 1440x900 resolution, 1650x1050 doesn't have this problem. Alt + Enter just switches between this fullscreen with black frame to windowed mode, actual game window's size remains the same. I have Intel HD Graphics 4600 display adapter, it did run fine before patch.

similar problem now it only lets me pick 1240 700 res, only option. ran fine before at 1900 1200 etc. wth please fix

Gentelmen, what configs and rig are you running MWO on? If it is relatively rare occasions (less than for D3D error) just give tech-support a hint where to look.

still have this problem, only one resolution is available, even after hotfix. PLEASE FIX
