What if this was added for a month, to see how it worked? Would people be up for it? In game pole needed

It wouldn't work.

Because having people say "Hey, I'm ok with a longer wait, but I want to play an Assault at T2 only means you need to find 24 other people who want Assault at T2.

It takes players using that out of the general pool, slowing down matchmaking for everyone else.

That's WHY we can't pick game modes. You want to add back mode picking, and also force tier selection? It'd be worse than it was.

Keep in mind, it wasn't "all the time" then either - defaults where any mode. But as soon as people take themselves out of that pool, it degrades the pool for everyone else.

I'd like it, but I'd still just probably go with the same - IDGAF as long as I'm not on the crappy Oceanic server - selection that I had before they changed it. Unless its an event, then I'm loading up on LRMS and picking skirmish on Polar for every match.

Then again I rarely play standard drops because CW is slightly more interesting for the few hours I've limited myself to playing a week.
