Ifr-A Heat Generation Quirk

I noticed that in-game IFR-A CT has -5% ER Large Laser heat generation quirk, but based on the quirk pdf, it should be general for all ER Lasers. It must be an in-game bug, because the stock mech does not even have a large laser.
