What Are Some Little Things You Want Changed/added?

So we have plenty of threads about balance and large changes around but I was thinking, what about the little things? You know things that wouldn't completely change the game or require a lot of work to be put in.

Some examples of small changes I would like
-conquest shows the kill counter like the other modes. Just put the kill counter up there next to the resource counters.
-Something that made modules easier to find or just a strip all modules from mechs option.
-A customizable hud would be great but I think just a few small changes would be great. For instance override should have a little symbol or indicator light by the heat meter and a message of override engaged pop up next to the heat level warning when that comes up.
Critical damage indicator moved to down by your paper doll. Could still have it pop up in its current spot when it first happens but then have it go down there, or just go away or have a option of making it go away.
And I think in the large indicator area, shrink the messages down a little bit and have 2 different spots for messages. One for incoming missiles and one for other warnings, like mode specific base under attack.

What kind of small changes or additions would you guys like to see? I was thinking more along the lines of menus, options, hud changes but small balance changes would be okay to.

i want the compass heading bar to have labels that tell you what capture nodes are what (theta, gamma, sigma, etc...)

I also want a team status overlay screen that shows you the status/loadouts of your whole team. You could also make it part of the map overlap screen I suppose.

First thing that comes to mind, that should be easy....

Removal of all atmospheric effects from HPG Manifold.

Next is to prioritise time of day for Mining Collective, HPG Manifold, and Terra Therma.

active and passive radar mode

ejected shell casings from mechs unleashing hell with their AC's

the ability overload the gyro of a mech with overwhelming ballistic hits (tonnage of mech matters!!)

will stop there as im getting excited for nothing ;)

Good god is that one of the most annoying things ever. At least put a letter or something in the graphic.

Hitbox adjustments mostly, CT magnets need to be scrutinized and gone over.

Mechs like Maddog need attention, Mauler, Warhammer, Banshee, Orion, Adder, Kitfox, Kintaro, Jagmech, ones that have clearly un-proportionate distribution or odd shapes ect.

Working collisions. (teleporting around other players is getting old)

Better hitreg, goes with collisions because the problems with both are connected.

There a "lots" of little things I would've thought would be in game by now.

Fully immersive 3D hangers with people walking around.
General chat lobby.
CW version 9.0 by now.
Solaris.
Kinetics.
Collision detection.
Battle damage (not the paint by laser stuff we have now).
Customized pilot avatars.
Timeline.
Huge library full of lore specific mechs, mechwarriors, timelines, technology, etc.
UI v4 (the one where they add back the 4 quick mech selection slots)
Ejection animation.
Rear view camera.
Ghost heat removed.
Quirks for things that actual need quirks (not a general blanket across all mechs).
To include "content" that isn't "mechs".
Maps (lot more maps).
General bug fixing, etc.

Just off the top of my head. Actually getting sick of typing more like it.

Okay, the little things they could do -right now- but won't...

Tighten psr.
Throw in a turret or two on assault gamemode.
Weapon restrictions.
Leaderboard (general stat tracking type deal, sufficient for now).
Overheating causes mech to go "boom", verbal heat warning occurs before actually overheating.

I'll just stop there.

120 SRMs per ton of ammo.

1.5 damage per pellet for LB-ACs.

DHS set at -0.3 and SHS at -0.2 heat per second, with the heat cap fixed at 40 (or 35, with XP to increase it to 40).

I want massive improvements to the UI, this is one of the changes

Other changes:
1. Skill tab goes directly to your current mech
2. Remove all uneeded confirmation prompts
3. Make all syncing happen in the background after initial load (no need to hold user up for 2 minutes every time they save a loadout)
4. Fix triple monitor scaling
5. Sort Modules by > Clan / IS > Ballistic / Energy / Missile > Name
6. Get rid of the flipping icons for hero/champion mechs in mechlab
7. Show equipped engine size
8. Show hard point placement in mechlab
9. When choosing colours don't autoswitch colour on selection

This and the state of ingame chat have me convinced no one at PGI actually plays the game as a fan.

A company status screen was the first thing I found conspicuously missing after just a few days of playing (started Dec 2015) - a huge oversight. Also, I can see the weapon info of my enemy through magic radar but have to ask in chat whether or not our team is packing LRMs? Seriously?!

Oh, which reminds me: get a better chat window! Seriously, it can only save 6 lines and resets itself on pilot death through death cam? Really PGI?

Personally, I'd rather have a good CW and a few new game modes than all these little fixes but PGI is also dropping the ball there. =(

Better collisions would be my main request. I've died plenty of times from nudging into an allied mechs' rear at 30 or 40 kph during a push then teleporting through him, and dying instantly to the entire enemy team. Of course it would happen less if the people leading the push didn't always stop halfway through so as to not get their shiny paint scratched...but that's the pug life.

Just a screen for storing pre-made and labeled drop decks for CW. That's it. That's all I want.

ability to save loadouts for a mech.
ability to strip/find modules without checking each mech
ability to check friendly mechs ragdolls, or at least weapon loadouts

Game Mod shift:
Capture from having a single tiny point to being a region(s) we fight over...More mechs (or tonnage) and you swing the fight your way. that way we can maneuver...also encourages us to fight in different regions if you only have a couple active each match.

1. I want the glowing eyes of my Atlas back. Selectable, of course.

2. Cockpit displays. Those abominations we have now make my eyes bleed. For the love of god make them display at least something useful!!!

this is a great thread tbh, if PGI took 2 months worth of patches to go through a thread like this and implement it this game may actually feel AAA and i bet we would a hell of a lot more then 2500ish players online on avg.

PGI must think we are related to magpies and are fascinated by shinny twirling stuff. I turned cockpit display off on my 2nd match. It's sad to think someone on PGI actually spent time coding the stuff.
