Hellow mech bros. I have been with the game for some time now and i do have the teamspeak client downloaded so i can hear what my team is saying/ commanding. Question is im looking to get a mic to help with com and gameplay. So what mic works how do i set it up and all that good stuff. Not very tech savy so any pilot that is the info would be very nice.

You do not need to load team speak, it is part of the game now. You just need to activate it / turn it on in game.
I would get a headset mic. You then need to go into control panel and turn on the mic.
It may take a while to get it set up but its worth it.

I know its part of game now. i got it when it was not part of the game. So just dont have a mic. Point is do i just get a normal bluetooth mic, connect it to my computer and boom it works. or is there some other process i need to do to make it work with the game?

Game Settings > Audio > Check the VOIP checkbox to turn it on, and you can fiddle with the Push To Talk key, volume settings, etc.
If you need to mute a player, press the Scoreboard key to bring up the Scoreboard, and click on the Speaker icon to mute them.
You do not need to install TeamSpeak, it runs natively inside MWO.
Any microphone will work.
Anything will work, as long as it's being recognized by your computer as an audio input device, you can use it inside MWO. There should be drop down menu in the MWO Game Audio settings to select your microphone if it doesn't pick it up automatically.

A cheap little $15 mic from Walmart will work fine for MWO if you're just going to be using it for VOIP and not any kind of broadcasting, streaming, etc.
You won't need to spend much for it at all. If you ARE going to spend a little scratch, I'd just look into getting a complete headset of some kind.
Titan
Turtle Beach
Razer
Logitech
All good brands although I've found Turtle Beach to be a bit on the uncomfortable side if you're going to wear for long periods.
