I have a Logitech G633 headset. I have been unable to get in game voice going at all. I bind a key (tried several different keys), for chat and nothing happens.

Out of curiosity, did you ever solve this? I just got a G633 and am having MAJOR issues getting it to work with MWO.
I can go into detail about my G633 issues if needed (there are a lot of them and they are very strange), but if you've found some method of getting the G633 to be compatible with MWO, I'm all ears.

UPDATE for soulsfire: Try disabling "exclusive mode" under: sound > playback devices > headset earphone > properties > advanced.
Also disable "automatic microphone noise removal" in logitech gaming software. Let me know if these work for you; they seem to have solved my issues.
You can also try: sound > playback devices > headset earphone > disable, then re-enable during game and see if it helps
