The 1st Hussar Remnants are the official unit of http://www.dslreports.com and feature an eclectic mix of extremely proficient players (several who place in the top 10 in tournaments regularly, in one case one who won a tournament) and casual players who are simply looking for a lance to drop with. At this time, we are primarily casual unit. We're about having fun first and foremost. That said, losing game after game isn't fun; so be aware we do go out of our way to be competent. Most new players that join us learn very rapidly and come up to speed quickly through our methods.
In the buildup for community warfare, we are currently recruiting any casual/active players who are interested in a friendly unit with a core group of players that are approximately 30-40 years old.
Time zone: EST-PST. We have two separate groups of players that typically get on; our west coast guys and our east coast guys. EU/AU players are welcome, however be aware we usually do not have players on at the time you are on. Typical play times are from 9p EST- as late as 3a EST for the core group of players.
There are no real social restrictions; just be respectful of your teammates and their respective beliefs.

As of about two months ago, I abdicated power to Pestolents and Tabu 73 due to personal issues. I am still available for question/answers however you are better served by going to the current leadership.
