[Dee Eight]

just before the last hot-fix I was debating which mastery pack to buy, and the quickdraw was on my short-list of final candidates partially because IV-Four had the LB-10X quirks same as one of the Centurions from its mastery pack, with the 10% spread reduction and a net 40% faster cooldown thanks to a general ballistic cooldown and a LB-10X specific one. Then the hotfix happened and suddenlly the quickdraw lost those quirks...

What gives ?!
