Anyone else been getting either of these issues?

Explorer
Seems to work if I alt-tab out but the moment I log out and exit, I have to restart explorer.exe a few times for it to work.

Random Disconnects
Not the login disconnect some people are getting. Will randomly be disconnected from the game both while actively doing stuff in the mechlab or playing in a game(yay longer queues because random disco). These disconnects only happen in MWO as my other online games have a stable connection.

Additional Info:
Using regular MWO launcher and not steam version. Have used the repair tool a few times and both of the above issues still happen.
