We should all know by now, when playing this game it's about team work. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of discussions on this forum about it. But I for one an tell that there is a great lacking of it.

Especially during Pub matches, granted you really should not expect much out of Pub matches. Your either being teamed up with some who either A. Dose not speak your language, Or B. Totally dose not give a flying Atlas and charges head long into battle calling every one else ******* that cant take on fifteen mechs all at once.

Let's all remember that a team effort needs to be made, or your bound to lose every match. Stay with your team, call out targets give advice if need be if your dead. Turn on your voice chat, if you can't use it you can still hear your team. Those who use Voice chat should pay attention to the chat information.

Lastly never take the position your better than every one else, you suck like every one on your team, One mech against two is bad, one against a full squad is even worse. You will be dead within five seconds. ((I think if you take too many hits at once the game gives up and calls you dead in an instant.))

Just letting out steam at this point, as every ones pilot rating suffers for incompetent teammates.

Ah, I remember the good old days of Closed Beta when I could jump into my stock K2 and brawl four enemy at once. Happy times

All this comes from a match where the last remnants of my team were too busy focusing on a Bores Head, letting a Shadow Cat with Large Lasers to chew them up. Not to mention a Marauder that's been cored.
